今日は、所属の説明に納得が行かなくて、組合に問い合わせを行いました。
その中で納得するまで確認し、安心を得る事が出来ました。
組合の方も、完全に最初から味方ポジションだった訳では無いので、制度を理解して臨む事が必要だったようです。
納得が行かない時には、最後まできちんと確認するのが、安心に繋がりますね。
