Is time spent playing games worthless?
I like a book called “The Courage to Be Disliked.” In that book, there is an expression:
“Live in the here and now.”
Since this title sounded similar to that idea, I picked it up.
It describes concrete ways to focus only on today, and I found it very practical.
Actually putting it into practice will start from tomorrow onward,
so I’m excited to see how it goes.
(Or… maybe that already misses the point?)
Question of the day
In this book, the term “scattered time” appears.
It says that time spent playing games is included in this category.
So today’s question is:
Is time spent playing games truly without value?
